Encore Outdoor Continues Expansion into Pike County

Encore Outdoor LLC Secures Management of 3 More Static Billboards in Milford Township
HAWLEY - Wayne County-based Encore Outdoor LLC announces the management of three
highly visible static billboards in Milford Township. Two billboards, 10’ x 16’ and 10’ x 20’ are
located on Route 6/209 between Delaware Valley High School and Milford Chrysler. The third, a
8’ x 24’ billboard, is located on Route 6, just west of the I-84, Exit 46 interchange. All face traffic
traveling to Milford. These 3 billboards are in addition to Encore’s 4 static billboard faces on
Route 6/209 in the township.
“Our continued growth in Pike County is a huge benefit to our customer base,” states Glenn
Khoury, General Manager and Co-Owner of Encore. “By adding these affordable locations, we
now offer more outdoor advertising in one of the busiest areas of Pike County. They are a
perfect fit as Encore focuses on rural, high-traffic state and township roads. These routes are
heavily traveled by residents, second homeowners and vacationers, alike.” states Khoury.
Encore believes rural township roads and state roads, like Route 6/209, offer area businesses a
better advertising value than on the interstate corridors since a large number of interstate
drivers have no local ties to this area. In many cases, local businesses can advertise on
multiple, local billboards versus just one interstate board for the same cost. “Unless you’re a
national company or brand, travelers driving to New England, Canada or Florida may not be
interested in local goods and services. However, if want to attract that traveler or in need high
daily traffic counts, then interstate outdoor is your best advertising value,” concludes Khoury.
Since 2014, Encore Outdoor LLC has grown to 7 digital faces and 50+ static billboards on
heavily-travelled state and township roads in Pike, Wayne, Lackawanna and Sussex (NJ)
Counties. Encore’s mission statement is to provide affordable, effective outdoor advertising to
small and medium-sized companies which represents 90% of businesses in Northeast PA and
Northwest NJ.
