The Dime Bank donated $6,000.00 to the Pike County Public Library
The Dime Bank donated six thousand dollars to the Pike County Public Library through Pennsylvania’s Educational Improvement Tax Credit Program. This donation will fund programs such as DVE-TV, online databases, and educational field trips at the Delaware Valley School District.
Library Executive Director Rose Chiocchi stated, “We are so grateful to The Dime Bank for their generous donation. Their funding assists us in bringing much needed resources to the children in our area.”
The Dime Bank is dedicated to supporting education in our school districts and has been participating in the EITC program since 2001. The program, which is administered by the PA Department of Community and Economic Development, provides a tax rebate program for participating businesses.
