New Digital Billboard on Scranton-Carbondale Highway, Blakely Encore Outdoor LLC Expands Digital Inventory into Lackawanna County

BLAKELY - Wayne County-based Encore Outdoor LLC announces a new addition to it’s digital
billboard line-up in Lackawanna County. Encore currently owns and manages 5 digital faces in
Wayne County. The new, 10’ x 30’ double-faced, hi-res digital billboard is Encore’s first digital
entry into Lackawanna but has managed static billboards in the county for the last 2 years. The
digital billboard is located on the Scranton-Carbondale Highway between Electric City KIA and
Hilltop Lube in Blakely.
“We are extremely excited to manage this Route 6 digital in Blakely,” states Glenn Khoury,
General Manager and Co-Owner of Encore. “By adding this digital outdoor inventory, we can
now offer our advertisers a larger reach in addition to giving Lackawanna County businesses a
lower cost alternative and more flexibility. This location is a perfect fit as we continue to grow,”
concludes Khoury.
Encore sets up their digital billboards differently than other outdoor companies giving small to
medium size business the opportunity to advertise more affordably. Plus, their exclusive digital
and static locations in smaller but affluent markets also enables advertisers to target the
secondary home market.
Encore Outdoor LLC has 7 digital faces and over 50 static billboard locations in Pike, Wayne,
Lackawanna and Sussex (NJ) Counties. More information about the company can be found at
